This apartment had a private entrance and air conditioning, which made it feel like our own little space. We loved having a kitchenette with kitchenware, it made us feel right at home and saved us money on eating out. The soundproofing was a great feature, as it allowed us to relax and get a good night's sleep. The tea/coffee maker was a nice touch, we enjoyed starting our mornings with a hot cup of coffee. The balcony in some units provided a nice outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views of Marseille.
Personally, we didn't use the oven much, but others may find it useful.

This apartment has a really cool private entrance, which makes you feel like a VIP. The air conditioning in the room was a blessing, especially during the hot summer days in Marseille. I loved having a tea/coffee maker in the room, it made mornings much easier.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartment a bit lacking. Others might not mind it though.
